Today, the Cleveland Police Department, charged Tamir Rice (the kid with the toy gun who was shot, and killed, by police, because they mistook the toy for being a real gun) with 'aggravated menacing' and 'inducing panic'. Inducing panic, pretty much means, you scared someone. But, I think the better question is, why is a dead child, that they shot, being charged? Maybe, the police who shot Tamir, are the real "aggravated menaces". R.I.P. Tamir Rice. If you are reading this, you are the revolution!
